Compact HPL is high pressure laminate produced as a solid slab rather than a face bonded to a soft core. Kraft paper layers are saturated in phenolic resin and pressed under heat until they fuse into one dense sheet, normally 12mm or 13mm for cubicle work. The cut edge is identical to the face, which is why the board cannot delaminate.

What to expect when you work with us
Most washroom packages fail at measurement, not installation. Our process removes that risk before a single panel is cut.
- Site survey. We measure the built washroom in Sheikh Zayed rather than working from the drawing, because wall plumb, floor level and drainage falls on site rarely match what was issued.

Our washroom is in an open air plaza and gets dusty. Does that affect the panel? No. The surface is non porous and wipes clean with standard commercial cleaners. Dust and temperature cycling degrade coated finishes and laminated edges, neither of which compact HPL relies on.

Can you work around compound access rules and delivery windows? Yes. We collect gate and access requirements at survey and submit vehicle and crew details in advance so deliveries are planned rather than turned away.
What thickness should a plaza washroom use? 13mm for a public washroom serving a plaza or clubhouse. 12mm is sufficient for staff only washrooms and small offices and costs less.
How long from approval to installation? Eight to twelve working days for fabrication after layout and colour approval, then normally one to two days on site for a standard four to six cubicle run.
